Idler

Idler is used to guide the track roll in the right direction, prevent the track running deviation. The middle circle face has the guiding role and the circle faces on two sides bear the track chain. 

Idlers have important technical functions because these parts must support strongly all tracks without any waving or unbalance and also must help the track drive smoothly. 

Idler covers sufficiently these main points not only with the strong body made by the best steel casting and the heat treatment but with the perfect guarantee against the oil-leakage with the good quality of Seal groups.

• Surface quenching HRC 53-58 

• Track face hardening depth 5mm to 7mm 

• Corner hardening depth more than 2mm
